Portfolio delivery is complex by nature, made up of many smaller project elements, and the continual re-prioritisation exercises can be draining on time and resources, shifting focus away from actual delivery.
CWC consultants are experienced in creating workable and realistic programme plans to ultimately deliver all the requirements on time and to budget.
Our consultants will pro-actively engage with the client’s project teams, or establish a new project office, creating and sharing the project vision and mobilising the team to focus on delivery. If required, our consultants will undertake the governance role tracking progress against agreed milestones, creating MI and project status updates, and raising risks and issues on a regular basis.
CWC support clients in the mobilisation and hands-on delivery of complex programmes. As well as advising on programme design, CWC can provide consultants to assume overall leadership of a programme and/or provide an effective project management offices (PMO) function.
Our consultants understand that an efficient and effective PMO is critical across complex programmes with many moving parts and have the experience and confidence to run a successful PMO. Each PMO is tailored to the specific client but a common theme of our approach is early engagement with key stakeholders to clarify requirements and plan for success from day one.
